About Us

We have been building homes in Sussex County, Delaware and the surrounding area since 1997. We build a wide range of homes, from Starter Homes to Retirement Homes as well as Custom Homes. We are located in Greenwood DE. We have always taken great pride in the relationships that we build with our customers along the way. We truly believe that the customer is the reason we exist and we take great pride in making all of our customers, SATISFIED customers. 

We build a very budget minded home with the nice amenities you would expect in houses priced much higher than ours. For example we solid wood cabinets in all of our kitchens and bathrooms. We use upgraded carpet padding. We use 2 tone paint on our walls and ceilings. We always use 30 year Dimensional Shingles. Low E Vinyl Windows are also a standard.
